The Mind Revolution at Work
Understanding the psychological motivators and internal neurochemicals that drive us towards what we want or away from what we fear the most can transform the way that we think, feel, and perform at work.
This one-day module draws on the most impactful concepts and tools from across our programmes, ones that are proven to help delegates to enhance their mindset, engagement, productivity, resilience, and stress levels.
Full-day workshop (plus pre-work and embedding activities)
Insights into the Mind Revolution at Work full-day module:
Delegates feed back that our programmes are different to anything they have previously experienced. Even tried and tested concepts, when viewed through a behavioural psychology and neuroscience lens, they say, helps them to understand the learning at a deeper, more practical level.
Indeed, it appears that linking our evolutionary wiring and applying it to workplace scenarios allows delegates to become more self-aware, more focused, and more productive.
This module helps delegates understand the internal neurochemicals and drivers that move them either towards what they desire / want, or away from what they fear / dislike. This provides a fresh perspective on how they think, feel, and operate in the workplace, whilst also helping them to appreciate why things can often feel so overwhelming.
With this knowledge delegates are then able to make more informed and practical choices using the concepts, tips, and tools covered, such that they become more resilient, more productive, and more engaged at work.
This module has been designed as a one-day session, complete with pre-work and a choice of embedding activities, to help ensure the most impactful learning is available to every colleague regardless of role or prior learning.
