Resilience at Work
Resilience involves the ability to manage the pressures of life both in and out of work.
This module equips delegates with tools and mindsets which can help them navigate high-stress situations in a calm and productive manner.
Half-day workshop (plus pre-work and embedding activities)
Insights into the Resilience at Work half-day module:
Resilience is a word that is often thrown around without any real thought being given to what it actually means, what it requires, or why anyone should really care.
The fact is that in today’s 24/7 always online, negativity-obsessed world, the human brain is being triggered at unprecedented levels. Unless we consciously intervene, we quickly become monetised click bait and willing victims of businesses who want to steal our attention, wallet share, well-being and sanity, all to advance their own agenda and profits.
Whether it is the services and technologies we use, or the products we consume (i.e. what we eat, drink, inhale etc), our well-being is often in the hands of faceless, deceitful businesses.
Resilience involves us having the ability to understand these external pressures, and to be able to resist, manage, and navigate them in a logical, adult, calm, and healthy way.
This module is designed to help delegates become more resilient both in and out of work.
