Future Workplace: Mini-Modules (2-hour sessions)

Is your business looking for short, bite-sized, and impactful learning on a range of evolving workplace topics?  If so, then you are not alone.  Indeed, many of our existing clients have been asking for us to extend our unique blend of practical tools and training overlaid with the latest thinking in behavioural change and neuroscience to all colleagues (not just those in leadership positions and / or pursuing a full ILM qualification).  

 

We are excited to announce that we have developed and continue to develop a series of stand-alone 2-hour training sessions which draw on our broader content relating to behavioural change and applied workplace psychology. 

 

The 2-hour training sessions will be available for any business or employee regardless of tenure and experience.  They will initially be offered as face-to-face sessions on client premises (thus allowing businesses to offer a variety of training options to some or all employees).  The intention is to also test whether these can be delivered effectively remotely (i.e. via MS Teams or Zoom) as a way of offering further flexibility, choice, at an even more attractive price point.

 

These 2-hour sessions offer businesses an impactful, cost-effective way to upskill their teams, with the topics being highly relevant to any forward-thinking employer / employee.  The sessions  include:

Colleague Development Packs

Leaders / managers cannot develop in a vacuum, they need to apply their learning repeatedly in order to form new habits, behaviours, and skills. 

 

We also therefore offer the option of a bespoke and contextualised ‘Colleague Development Pack’ to businesses that partner with us to deliver a Leadership and Behavioural Change accredited programme.  These packs draw on key models, ideas, and concepts from across our leadership modules, be it they are tailored to be relevant and practical for teams, regardless of whether they are on the accredited programme.

 

This has proven to be a cost-effective way of ensuring that the leadership training is fully embedded and benefits the wider business.

Our Leadership & Behavioural Change programmes have repeatedly been awarded an Assured status which means the highest standards of learning, quality, and accreditation have been achieved.

We have adopted the same approach to content, workshops, and embedding as in our leadership programmes i.e. the learning consists of a blend of practical tools and tips, overlaid with the latest evolutionary psychology, neuroscience, and behavioural change thinking.
