Networking at Work

This module provides delegates with the tools and confidence to strengthen relationships at work such that they are able to enhance levels of trust, communication, engagement, customer experience, well-being, and profitability.

Half-day workshop (plus pre-work and embedding activities)

Insights into the Networking at Work half-day module:

Relationships at work are essentially just a series of conversations (face-to-face or electronic), the aim of which should be to deliver the best possible customer experience in an equitable, safe, and profitable way.

This module focuses on helping delegates to strengthen the relationships they have at work, and includes giving them the tools and confidence to enhance their internal (and external) networking.

The topics covered enable these conversations and relationships at work to be maximised for the benefit of all involved.
