The future of business Leadership

Mind Revolution Ltd is an approved supplier of assured ILM programmes.  The ILM is part of the City & Guilds group, one of the leading professional academic bodies in the UK.  

 

Our Leadership & Behavioural Change programmes have been awarded an Assured status which means the highest standards of learning, quality, and accreditation have been achieved.

 

This means that successful delegates who graduate from our programmes are eligible for a certificate in Leadership & Behavioural Change from both Mind Revolution Ltd and the ILM (part of City & Guilds).

Four Modules of 
Leadership & Behavioural Change

At Mind Revolution we design, build, and deliver bespoke leadership and behavioural programmes which help businesses bring about deep and meaningful cultural change. The focus is on creating more engaged and capable managers who are better placed to coach and lead their teams.

 

Because change takes a great deal of introspection, time, practice, and perseverance, our 18-24-months bespoke programmes are split into four modules lasting approximately six months each. We work closely with our partner clients to ensure the content is flexed and contextualised to suit their specific business needs.

 

We invest time in each business that we work with to enable us to weave in corporate language, culture, and values, such that the delegate experience feels bespoke and relevant to them, their team, their role, as well as their brand, and corporate goals.

Overview: Four Stages for Each Module

Each of the leadership modules involves four distinct stages which delegates must complete (some alone and some with their teams / colleagues). This ensures that the learning is fully embedded, and the anticipated behavioural and cultural change is achieved across the business.

Stage 1

Engage

A blend of activities, including questionnaires, videos, research, articles etc to be completed at work in the four weeks prior to the face-to-face workshop.

 

This ensures that delegates are fully engaged in the topics, the expectations, and the learning outcomes.

Team Meeting

Stage 2

Experience

A one-day immersive face-to-face workshop, where ways of thinking, behaving, and being, are challenged, broken down and rebuilt.

 

A follow-up 2-hour embedding support session is provided via Microsoft Teams to ensure that delegates understand what is required for accreditation.

Reviewing Reports at Desk

Stage 3

Embed

Over the next 4-6 months delegates must undertake ten related embedding activities to ensure the learning has been applied and new muscle memory has been created.

 

This includes answering set questions, and providing evidence and examples in an Embedding Journal.

Therapy

Stage 4

Evaluate

Delegates must then submit their embedding so that it can be assessed, accredited, and quality checked as part of the City & Guilds / ILM assured programme process.

Delegates who meet the required benchmark for all four modules will graduate and qualify for two certificates in Leadership and Behavioural Change, one from Mind Revolution, and one from the ILM.

Graduation and Certification

Where a delegate’s embedding meets benchmark for all four modules and passes related quality checks, they will qualify for a certificate in Leadership & Behavioural Change (one issued by Mind Revolution, and one by City & Guilds / the ILM).

Delegates will also receive an ILM digital credential in Leadership & Behavioural Change which can be attached to emails, CVs, LinkedIn etc such that anyone can view the range of topics which make up their qualification.

​

This is a great way for businesses to evidence the investment they are making in their people, their leaders, and their workplace culture.  It is also a great way for individuals to demonstrate their continual professional development, and promote their qualification in leadership and behavioural change (something which less than 10% of managers have been accredited in).

Wherever possible we aim for our learning to be electronic, paperless, whilst seeking to minimise travel, and other impacts on the environment.  This includes ensuring learning where possible is undertaken on client premises or virtually.
