Mind Revolution were engaged to design and build a bespoke Leadership and Behavioural Change programme for Castle Trust’s senior managers.  This was part of an investment in their people, and a key part of helping them attain a full banking licence.  The feedback from delegates and the wider business has been phenomenal, with two further programmes now launched.

Every graduating delegate from the programme receives an ILM (City & Guilds) Certificate in Leadership & Behavioural Change, and a digital credential which they can add to their LinkedIn profile, email, social media etc highlighting their success and qualification.

Castle Trust also opted for a ‘Colleague Development Pack’ for every employee.  This enabled those not on the full programme to benefit from key aspects of the learning, whilst also supporting their line manager with their personal development.  This pack now forms part of the new joiner on-boarding process at Castle Trust Bank.

Paul Waters (MD of Mind Revolution) designed and delivered a scale leadership and cultural change programme for circa 1,000 middle and senior managers across the Santander network, with expert facilitators (including Kevin Major, Nuala Forsey, and Stefan Powell) chosen for their unique ability to blend business and leadership training with behavioural change, positive psychology, and neuroscience in a practical and impactful way.

The ‘Future Forward’ programme (as it was known) lasted four years, involved over 1,000 managers attending workshops across ten phases and applying and evidencing their learning in order to attain an ILM qualification in Leadership and Management.  This was made possible as a result of a partnership with Leeds Beckett University, the ILM (part of the City & Guilds Group, which is one of the most prestigious professional academic bodies in the UK), as well as training providers, specialists, and facilitators from across the UK.

The programme proved to be transformational, with exceptional feedback from delegates, and multiple learning and development award nominations. Furthermore, it was chosen to be filmed as a case study for the ILM and can be found on the ILM website as an example of how investing in leadership, and partnering with an academic institution has multiple upsides in terms of engagement, retention, customer service, risk management, and productivity.  (see Work With Us - ILM)

The partnership with the ILM was subsequently extended to multiple divisions across Santander, including circa 1,000 Customer Service Managers, Business Banking, Select (High Net Worth Services).

It was this programme's success, and exceptional feedback that became the catalyst for the formation of Mind Revolution Ltd.
