Our Leadership and Behavioural Change programmes have been awarded an ILM Assured status, which means the highest standards of learning, quality, and accreditation have been achieved.
Brain at Work Modules

The success of our accredited programmes has led to a demand for shorter, non-accredited modules.
Our Brain at Work half- and full-day modules have been designed for this purpose. These enable our unique and transformative learning to be made available to all colleagues, irrespective of whether or not they manage other people.

Mini-Modules
(2-hour stand-alone sessions)
Following extensive demand from clients, we have recently launched a series of stand-alone 2-hour mini-modules. These draw on much of the behavioural change, workplace psychology, and well-being content used in our market-leading accredited training programmes and are available for all businesses and employees.
This is proving to be an exciting and impactful way to access our unique learning and content.
